Warranty

Second Story Home offers a one year warranty. We will replace or repair defective products at no cost to the consumer within one year of purchase from an authorized retailer. This warranty is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed at any time by a second-hand owner. This warranty specifically applies to items with manufacturing defects or damage resulting therefrom. In order to receive warranty service, or to report damage as a result of shipping, owners must contact their retailer of purchase and provide photo or video evidence of the issue in question. Second Story Home is not responsible for shipping damage.

Damages resulting from the following are not covered under warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
• Shipping
• Misuse
• Improper installation, storage, or care
• Repairs or modifications made by unauthorized 3rd parties
